Stories Of Courage
I went through a divorce and started to drink heavily. When I started drinking, I lost everything, including any self-esteem I ever had. That’s how I coped with life and my feelings.
When I walked through the door at Courage360, I thought it was an impossible task to get my life back on track, but I opened the door and took a breath. My moment of courage was to finally recognize my strength. If I could learn new skills, I knew I could succeed.
I showed up pretty skeptical. I certainly didn’t think this program could change me, but it did. Courage360 gave me the strength to ask for help. I asked, and the staff helped me rediscover my strength.
I have 18 months clean and sober now. I have a new life and a new career. I’m proud of myself, I can say that again, and for that I am so grateful.
